Appointments
We ask that you schedule your appointments at a time you are certain you can keep in a timely manner. Saturday appointments are made for those patients who appreciate these times by letting us know about scheduling conflicts in a timely manner. Appointment changes need to be made with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
Insurance and Billing
We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard. We accept assignment of benefits of many insurance carriers, and will bill you for balances that remain after we receive the insurance payment. You are kindly reminded that all payments are your responsibility. We also offer a flexible payment plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. We can also offer a flexible payment plan for very involved treatment plans.
Please call your insurance carrier to verify that I am a participant for your plan. Different plans have different requirements.
